Coaching - A one-to-one training process that will improve performance, correct inadequate behavior, and/or provide the individual with the ability or competente to take on new responsabilities within the organization. The Coach supports the person in the process to becoming who he/she wants to be and to render the best in that capacity.

Counseling - A process that assists an individual who does not feel totally fulfilled or satisfied with certain aspects of his/her life. This person is looking for direction, advice and guidance. The Counselor focules on bringing motivation to this person by helping him/her in a positive and motivational way.

Mentoring - A process that offers support and direction in the development of a top-level executive through a Mentor. The Mentor is someone who serves as a role model, guru, or sponsor because of his/her deep level of experience and knwoledge. The Mentor provides the Mentee with a new, inspired, and/or different vision or way of regarding and facing a situation.
