Over 12 years of experience in recruitment and selection of executives. He began his career in 2000 at Mariaca & Associates - Intersearch Division, where he remained for five years, with his last position as Senior Consultant.
In 2005 he joined Russell Reynolds Associates, where he remained nearly three years and has accumulated extensive experience recruiting for the Industrial business and financial positions. Currently, Renato's General Manager Robert Wong Consulting Executive and is responsible for implementation of projects in the Division Recruitment Executive - R4U.
