Prior to becoming a Consultant, she worked in Economics Planning in Germany for approximately six years and initiated her career as an Executive Search Consultant in 1989 in Brazil within a renowned European firm. Tereza later joined Korn/Ferry International, initially as an Associate, and subsequently as a Client Partner, where she remained for 10 years.
In addition to working mostly on Director/C level search assignments. Tereza was also involved in Management Assessment projects. Her work was focused mainly in the Financial Services specialty, having also coordinated/ worked extensively on projects in the industrial, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Agribusiness, Retail, Consultancy Firms, Non-Profit Organizations, Cultural, and Real Estate segments.
In 2004, she established her own Executive Search firm as one of its Partners. Tereza is certificated in Coaching by the ICI – Integrated Coaching Institute, and accredited in the LPA –Launch Pad Analysis, an executive assessment tool.
She holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from Mackenzie University in São Paulo, followed by a post-graduate course in Business Administration at Stuttgart University.
